People stop in the bus lane of the causeway that parallels Government Cut at the Port of Miami to wave to friends and family leaving on cruise ships (click here to see my photo of that). However, some people wave from their cars traveling on the causeway. I got this shot from the balcony of our stateroom in the summer of 2010.
