The saga of the rupture of my Achilles tendon continued when I jumped in our pool on Oct. 3, 2015. It was the first time in more than a year that I’ve been in our pool in Naples, Fla., because of three surgeries (including two to clean up a post-op infection and post-op complications). This photo shows the Oct. 3 splash-down. With my Achilles incision finally healed, I’m off to physical therapy. Click here for other photos from my Achilles problem.
