My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “The Final Countdown.” Here’s a neat little film that combines time travel and sci-fi. “The Final Countdown” has a modern-day aircraft carrier transported back to the day before Pearl Harbor in 1941 and gives it the chance to prevent World War II. “The Final Countdown” isn’t great cinema, but it is fun – or as much fun as a war movie can be. You can check it out because “The Final Countdown” makes its way onto movie grids on occasion.
I’m posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order and I’ve updated links and more on many of the reviews. Below is the link back to the full review.
