Today is the Fourth of July in 2019. In honoring the independence and creation of the United States of America, here is a look at the war films that I’ve reviewed for this blog. I haven’t reviewed any films dealing with the Revolutionary War period, so I’m going with these links. No, I’m not advocating war, but it was a central component to our freedom at the founding of our great county; it was part freedom since; it has continued to maintain our freedom today; and it is clear that it will protect our freedom in the future. I’m glorifying the price of independence, not war today.
WE WENT TO WAR TO WIN FREEDOM AND THEN PROTECT IT
Here’s a list of war films that I’ve reviewed. Although I’ve included comedies, I’m not making a mockery of the seriousness of war, but just being inclusive of all war films I’ve reviewed. Happy Fourth of July!
