My movie suggestion today is … to watch “Prizzi’s Honor.” Here’s a creative mob movie that doesn’t get the attention it should have received (it was only 32nd at the box office in 1985 but was nominated for eight Oscars and won one). However, you won’t be disappointed in “Prizzi’s Honor” because it stands the test of time with a great story adapted from a great novel. “Prizzi’s Honor” stars Jack Nicholson and Kathleen Turner and is about a mob hitman who falls in love with … a freelance hitwoman! At first, he doesn’t know, but she does. Then he does and both know. Well, you’ll have to watch to see how “Prizzi’s Honor” turns out.
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to the original review.
