Try this flick … ‘Looker’ should have been much better sci-fi

Try this flick … “Looker.” Here’s a sci-fi flick that had potential, but writer-director Michael Crichton managed to turn out a dud. “Looker” was in 1981, but offered a peek into computer-generated video that looked real. Of course, the whole thing turned homicidal, otherwise, why would we watch? Still, “Looker” falls flat in just about every respect except special effects. Its cast is solid with Albert Finney, James Coburn and Susan Dey, but none are great in “Looker.” So, you’ll most likely find it easy to find “Looker.” Check it out, but remember it’s not great. Oh, yeah, don’t be surprised by the nudity … or maybe you won’t because of the film’s title.

So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to my review.
