Try this flick … ‘Pillow Talk’ … Rock and Doris make for legendary romantic comedy

Try this flick … “Pillow Talk.” Here’s one of the so-called “chick flicks” that kick-started the romantic comedy genre in 1959. “Pillow Talk” shoved aside westerns and “spectacle” films and brought Rock Hudson and Doris Day to the fore with moviegoers. They’d make other romantic comedies in the five years that followed, but none are better than “Pillow Talk” where they become mortal enemies and then, of course, lovers over a “party line” telephone (remember those?). So, watch “Pillow Talk” … it is wonderful, fun and will leave a smile on your face.

So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to my review, which I just expanded.
