Today’s re-post is in honor of that most-special film franchise (and more) called … “Star Wars.” It has become almost as much Disney as Mickey Mouse! And so, yes, “May the Force be With You!” today, May 4, 2020. In the computer world, #MayThe4th” is the anniversary date to celebrate. Here’s a photo from 2019, and a few other images. Here is the original caption of the big photo at top: “It was time to ‘jump to Light speed’ on the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run attraction. I was one of the two “engineers” on the flight and snapped this shot during our “mission.” The attraction is the main part today of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and I photographed this moment on the morning of Sept. 8, 2019.
