Try this flick … “ffolkes.” Well, only try “ffolkes” if you the kind of discerning movie fan who likes bad or rotten films. “ffolkes” is just a terrible stinker and Roger Moore showed that not only was he not suited at age 52 to wearing a wetsuit where the audience could see him (the film had its U.S. premiere in April 1980), but also that he was just cashing a paycheck. Actors do that, but “ffolkes” is a great example of bad and an actor cashing a paycheck. Oh, “ffolkes” is the story of stopping a terrorist attack on an oil rig in the North Sea. It had a different name in the UK (“North Sea Hijack”) and it’s French poster is titled “Deep Sea Wolves” and stinks just as bad with the other names.
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog.
