Try this flick … “Sneakers.” Every big star has a “quiet” film that is just simply tremendous. Take Robert Redford for example. His signature espionage film is “Three Days of the Condor,” but the little-remembered “Sneakers” is pretty good, too. “Sneakers” is the story about Redford as a man-with-a-secret whose team of security experts is hired to do a bit of off-the-books work for the U.S. government (or so they believe). “Sneakers” has an A-list supporting cast and is more than worth your time … even a second or third time of viewing. So, go find “Sneakers!”
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog.
