Try this flick … “Target.” No, “Target” isn’t about a retail store chain – it’s a mostly forgotten espionage movie that simply tremendous. “Target,” which stars Gene Hackman, is the story of a former CIA agent whose past comes back to haunt him and his family. Hackman’s wife is kidnapped while on a trip to Europe and he and their son, played to perfection by Matt Dillon, come to her rescue. In “Target,” a bunch of family secrets get exposed and the whole thing winds up in an explosive finale. Although there is action, you’ll find that the key to the film is its development of characters. You simply can’t go wrong if you can find “Target.”
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog.
