A stop at the Headquarters branch of the Collier County Public Library on Dec. 23, 2020, allowed me to photograph this interesting cloud formation that is highlighted by the mission-style architecture of the library’s building. A nice scattering of clouds in the later afternoon made for an interesting view near our home here in Naples, Fla.
