Watch It! “Time After Time” is a creative time-travel meets crime movie. It is interesting in that H.G. Wells, the main character, has invented a time travel machine in Victorian England and … “Jack the Ripper” uses it to flee to modern-day San Francisco (well, it was modern in 1979 when the film was released). “Time After Time” is the story of how Wells, played to perfection by Malcolm McDowell, chases the “Ripper” in San Francisco. Along the way, he picks up who will become his wife and learns a lot about what’s going to happen. “Time After Time” is more than worth your time. So … Watch It!
