We’re getting closer to Standard Time, as it arrives on Nov. 7, 2021. Here’s a shot of the setting sun blazing through as I drove at the Headquarters branch of the Collier County Public Library just after 6 p.m. on Oct. 26. I was checking out the library and remembered that in less than two weeks this same scene will be at 5:12 p.m. Ouch! For the coming four months, ending on March 13, 2022, we’ll be in early darkness. Ah, well! (Remember: Click on the small image for a bigger version – then click on that one for the full-size photo.)
