We have more than a lot to be thankful for at our home here in Naples, Fla., in the wake of Hurricane Ian. The storm went by, leaving destruction along the coast and flooding inland, but we were among the most fortunate with having lost only five pool cage screen panels and power for 4½ days. The storm struck last week and brought devastation to the county to the north. We’ll have a bunch to say at this year’s Thanksgiving Day meal. I got this shot of our pool cage on Sept. 30, 2022.
