I was running an early morning errand today (Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2024) when I saw that a Collier County Sheriff’s Office deputy on traffic enforcement had snagged a speeder (if that’s what the driver did) in morning drive-time traffic. I’m not a fan of folks getting citations, but some drivers deserve one. I don’t know why this driver was stopped, but it was enough to catch the attention of the deputy.
