Here’s how you get your vehicle to create new gasoline for the engine: Have a computer lie to you! Here’s another example of my vehicle (I’m not going to note make or model) when I filled up the gas tank today (Friday, Aug. 9, 2024). Note on the left side of the image that the vehicle’s computer says that I can expect a range of 423 miles on the full tank of gas. Well, look on the right side and you’ll see nearly four hours later (and 14.7 miles on the odometer) that I could expect 496 miles! Wow! A vehicle that MAKES GAS! Ha! Just kidding … my vehicle’s computer is an idiot. I got these two shots this morning as I drove near our home in Naples, Fla.
