I traditionally photograph the fire during the dinner presentation at the Japanese steakhouse was called DaRuMa. We go there every Christmas Eve for dinner. However, instead of fire, here’s some steam rising off the vegetables on the cooking surface at our table. I got this shot Dec. 24, 2024, while we were at DaRuMa in Fort Myers. The location in our hometown of Naples has been torn down for development and we’ll return to it as soon as the rebuilding is complete!
