Today is July 11, 2025, and that means it is national French Fry Day! The “holiday” falls on each second Friday in each July and here in 2025, that means it’s today! So, remember to enjoy this most enjoyable “side” dish that some folks make an entrée. I’m using our air fryer as a quick, convenient way to prepare store-bought frozen fries, but you might prefer to cut potatoes yourself and then go the deep-frying route. It’s more traditional! I got this shot here at our home in Naples, Fla., on July 11, 2025, and the ketchup is ready!
