I’d say this tree trimmer was working on the “inside” during this shift here in Naples, Fla. I captured this image via my dashcam on Monday (Aug. 17, 2026) and I’m just now posting the image. The tree service was being completed along a stretch of highway where utility lines run near trees. The utility company keeps the trees trimmed back from the lines.
