It absolutely poured down rain at Walt Disney World on the afternoon of Aug. 23, 2014. I took this one at our room at Caribbean Beach Resort (standing water came nearly up to our door). However, the storm blew through and Allison and Debbie went to Hollywood Studios for Villains night and it was a lot of fun.
