As a salute to those who served on this Veterans Day (Nov. 11, 2015), I’ve put links below to most of the military films that I’ve reviewed as well as the special on D-Day films as a salute to those who have served our country and help maintain it as bastion of freedom in a world of eroded freedoms.
However, please note that I’ve also included some comedies, but these are for fun and not to embarrass the serious nature of our military history or in any honor to veterans on this most important day. I’ve even included a review of a sci-fi film that sends a modern U.S. aircraft carrier back to Pearl Harbor for the Day of Infamy. I’ve also included a couple of reviews of films where our cousins the British are the key player in war. Enjoy, with a salute to our veterans!
