OK, so here’s the greatest kitchen device ever: a Kuhn Rikon 2.4-cup Pull and Chop from QVC. It works like a wonder on chopping chili peppers, onions, etc. If you do any chopping of food, you need this device. Oh, by the way, in the photo are the three chili peppers I use in my homemade chili: from left … Habanero, Serrano and Jalapeño. They’re headed for the chopper!
