Allison got this shot of a coat tied to a utility pole in Washington D.C. on Feb. 27, 2016, while she was visiting a friend during Spring Break from college. It’s obviously left to provide warmth in the cold D.C. winter to those in need. However, the website doesn’t exist as to the date of this blog entry. Nice gesture by a kind soul and scathing commentary about the need by some in our country.
