Here are a couple of shots of a hawk (a red-shouldered hawk, I believe – click here for a directory of Florida’s Birds of Prey) I got on April 23, 2016, in a palm tree in our backyard in Naples, Fla. At right is a close-up of the hawk and the other shows how it’s mostly disguised set against the tree.
