It was a rainy day Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, in Naples, Fla. Here’s a flood coming out of the roof gutter from the office building where I work. A few minutes later … bright sunshine. A few after that … rain in the sun. A few after that … well, you get the picture (or at least I got it here).
