Here’s the latest example of my non-intentional micro-farming: three chili peppers I grew here at home in Naples, Fla. I believe these are overripe Serrano peppers, although they could be dwarf Jalapeño peppers. Still, they went into my latest batch of three-chile chili on April 2, 2017.
