I don’t know if the red light coming out from underneath this car at Toy Story Mania! means there’s a technical glitch, but there was some stops and starts as we boarded and the ride started on March 3, 2018. We were at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on a weekend visit to Walt Disney World when I got the photo.
