My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “The Distinguished Gentleman.” Here’s a funny, but not-so-funny-because-it’s-sad commentary on politics. It used to be that “The Distinguished Gentleman” from 1992 remained true year-in and year-out, but now politics has gotten disgustingly more sleazy and uncivil. Actually, for today, “The Distinguished Gentleman” paints a rather quaint picture of rotten politics. So, watch this excellent effort from Eddie Murphy and re-enjoy (or enjoy for the first time) … “The Distinguished Gentleman.”
I’m posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order and I’ve updated links and more on many of the reviews. Below is the link back to the full review.
