My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “Harlem Nights” that showcases comedians Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor in dramatic roles. “Harlem Nights” is kind of a “sting” movie where the good guys (Murphy and Pryor) win out over the bad guys. However, it is the great chemistry between the two and wonderful supporting turns in “Harlem Nights” from Redd Foxx and Della Reese that make this film something special. You might not have seen “Harlem Nights,” but it’s easy to find … so go watch it!
I’m posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order and I’ve updated links and more on many of the reviews. Below is the link back to the full review.
