My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “Just One of the Guys.” Here’s a watchable flick in the changes-sex to fool people genre. “Just One of the Guys” isn’t great cinema and its star is a little too old to really play a high school student, but there’s a lot going for it. “Just One of the Guys” is the story of a high school journalism student who becomes a boy to get a story that will earn her an internship at a newspaper (remember those?). It proceeds through stereotypes and muddles its way along, but at the end you don’t mind because “Just One of the Guys” is watchable.
