Here’s why we hate standard time: Look out our kitchen window here in Naples, Fla. At left is from 6:32 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2018 -- the “before” photo on the day before this year’s time change. At right is from approximately the same time on Nov. 5, 2018 – the “after” photo in standard time. Sigh. You could see our pool and the remains of the sunset before, but not after. Also, the color balance is different because my iPhone's camera's light meter saw it differently because of the light outside.
