Christmas films ’18: You’ve already enjoyed the ‘Home Alone(s)’

It’s the Christmas season and so today I’m continuing my annual daily suggestion of a movie for Christmas. Forget “It’s a Wonderful Life” or “Miracle on 34th Street” … let’s talk great Christmas films. Today, it’s “Home Alone” and its first sequel “Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.” For years I didn’t classify the “Home Alone(s)” as Christmas films. OK, so I was wrong. The “Home Alone(s)” are nearly the equal of “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation” and “A Christmas Story” in the pantheon of modern Christmas films. I don’t need to tell you about them and I’m sure you’ve already watched the “Home Alone(s)” this season.

I’m posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order and I’ve updated links and more on many of the reviews. Below is the link back to the full review.
