My movie reviews A-Z: Today … ‘To Live and Die in L.A.’

My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “To Live and Die in L.A.” In the mid-1980s, style was coming back. It would the Art Deco decade with TV’s “Miami Vice” and movies, too, made sure “cool” went the distance. “To Live and Die in L.A.” is a dark crime story set, of course, in Los Angeles. It has a great cast, better acting and has all the verve that so many other films couldn’t achieve. “To Live and Die in L.A.” never received the acclaim that it deserved and was decent at the box office coming in 51st for 1985. Check out “To Live and Die in L.A.” You won’t be disappointed.

I’m posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order and I’ve updated links and more on many of the reviews. Below is the link back to the full review.
