Here’s something we always see, but also there’s something we don’t always experience. You can easily spot the “Electrical Mickey” (as I call it) off Interstate 4 as we left Walt Disney World on March 2, 2019, after a day trip. Since it was a Saturday, I-4 was choked with traffic. We don’t usually hit such traffic since we most often leave on a Sunday.
