Today (Saturday, March 30, 2019) is a special day for us, but it’s a private matter. However, I will post a photo of the most special plant at our home here in Naples, Fla., in honor of this day. Here is the hibiscus that’s been growing next to our home since the death of my mother in 2004. It was given to us as a gift by family members who knew how much my mother enjoyed growing plants. It’s a bit bare because I recently had to prune it back. I got this shot on the windy afternoon of March 28, 2019. Click here for all my photos of this special hibiscus … (Remember: Click on the image for a bigger version – then click on that one for the full-size photo.)
