My movie suggestion today is … to watch “Jackie Brown.” Quentin Tarantino’s newest flick, “Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood” makes its debut this week, but his best is “Jackie Brown.” OK, I’m writing that because I haven’t seen his newest effort, but Quentin will have to go a long way to best “Jackie Brown” (OK, so he’s got the horses to do it with Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt). Still, “Jackie Brown” is signature Tarantino, but with its violence dialed back. Pam Grier is great, but Samuel L. Jackson is outstanding while Robert Forster deserved the Oscar nomination he received for it. “Jackie Brown” is easily found, so watch it!
