Being understaffed is one thing, but when your theater chain is so negligent to leave the house lights on during the coming attractions … well, that’s just management incompetence. Here’s the house lights on near the start of a movie on Sept. 3, 2019, at the Silverspot theaters in Naples, Fla. At least the lights went down before the feature began!
