My movie suggestion today is … to watch “Friday the 13th” from 1980 and it was a somewhat modern golden age of horror. It was two years after “Halloween,” but here’s the most popular (and profitable) franchise in horror film history. It’s funny, since “Jason” is introduced in “Friday the 13th,” he’s not the … well, if you don’t know, I won’t spoil it for you here. “Friday the 13th” gets notice in this Halloween season of 2019 because it is both iconic and legendary. “Friday the 13th” is not a good film; the acting stinks; and you pretty much have it all figured out until … well, the end (drumroll, please). So, as we wind down this Halloween season, check out “Friday the 13th” again … you won’t be disappointed!
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to the original review.
