My movie suggestion today is … to watch “Max Dugan Returns.” Here’s a great, under-appreciated Neil Simon comedy that stars Jason Robards and Marsha Mason. “Max Dugan Returns” is a little bit fantasy (“what if I had a bunch of money?”) and a whole lot of endearment for the audience. “Max Dugan Returns” is the story of a long-lost father reconnecting with his daughter – with a suitcase full of cash stolen from the mob in Las Vegas! From the headliners, including Matthew Broderick in his first film to supporting characters including Donald Sutherland and his son Kiefer (also in his first film), you’ll truly enjoy “Max Dugan Returns.”
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to the original review.
