Try this flick … “Ruthless People.” You’ll know the work of the directors (the Abrahams-Zucker brothers team). They have slapstick such as “Airplane!” and “Top Secret!” … but their “adult” comedy – and no, not that kind of adult – is “Ruthless People” and it is ruthlessly funny. You won’t find a better or more intelligent comedy-drama than “Ruthless People,” which stars Danny DeVito and Bette Midler. “Ruthless People” is just side-splitting from beginning to end … and, sorry to say, I’m not sure most of you won’t remember it.
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to the original review and I just expanded it!
