Try this flick … “Joe Kidd.” Here is Clint Eastwood’s last western in which he didn’t direct himself. “Joe Kidd” has Robert Duvall as the best supporting actor and a few more good-to-decent actors in support, including John Saxon and Don Stroud. “Joe Kidd” is the story of a western “hunter” who is asked to hunt a man, but has to turn on his benefactor because the guy (Duvall) turns out to be … well, a sleazebag. I’m not a big fan of westerns, but this one is very watchable. You won’t find it Clint’s best, but it’s watchable. It’s easy to find “Joe Kidd,” so get out there and enjoy this one again!
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to the original review.
