Try this flick … ‘SpaceCamp’ failed because of real tragedy in 1986

Try this flick … “SpaceCamp.” Here’s a film that would have done much better had it been released a year before its summer premiere in 1986. “SpaceCamp” is the story about a group of youngsters that accidentally get sent into orbit aboard space shuttle Atlantis. Well, the movie came out only six months after the national tragedy of the explosion of the space shuttle Challenger. Ohh, that was as bad a timing as you could get for a movie about the space program and an accident with a shuttle. In any case, you should check out “SpaceCamp” today if you would like to see a neat youth-oriented film about space that has a snarky talking robot and some endearing traits. Check out “SpaceCamp” and you won’t be disappointed.

So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to my review, which I just expanded.
