Try this flick … ‘The Enforcer’ … isn’t a great ‘Dirty Harry,’ but it’s watchable

Try this flick … “The Enforcer.” Here is the second sequel in the “Dirty Harry” world that starred Clint Eastwood. The first is a classic; the second is solid; but “The Enforcer” was on the slippery slope down that would see the franchise crater with the final two lame efforts. Still, “The Enforcer” is worth watching because of one actor – Tyne Daly. While the movie reeks of stereotypes of “feminism” from the 1970s, Daly is simply wonderful as Eastwood’s partner in “The Enforcer.” You’ll have to struggle through this one, but the scenes with Daly are worth the price.

So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog …
