Try this flick … “Enemy at the Gates.” Here’s one of the few big(ger) budget films about World War II that is from the Eastern Front – most notably being set completely in Russia. “Enemy at the Gates” is the story of a sniper duel in the rubble of Stalingrad, where the Nazis suffered their first major defeat of the war. “Enemy at the Gates” doesn’t have a deep cast, but its headliners are near A-list: Jude Law, Joseph Finnes, Ed Harris and Rachel Weisz. War movie fans will like “Enemy at the Gates” for the action (yes, two snipers can have action) and others can enjoy the dramatic emotions of the characters. So, “Enemy at the Gates” is easy to find … so, find it!
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog.
