Try this flick … “Monster-In-Law.” Jane Fonda is a controversial figure in U.S. history, but no one can doubt her acting talent. “Monster-In-Law” co-stars Jennifer Lopez, but J-Lo can’t match Fonda’s energy and emotion in “Monster-In-Law.” It’s a film where Fonda wants to break up her son’s pending marriage to Lopez. “Monster-In-Law” is a simply terrific flick (even if you dislike Fonda’s past) and one that is emotional, funny and endearing. “Monster-In-Law” is unlike so many crapfests that try to be those three things. So, go watch “Monster-In-Law” … you’ll enjoy every minute of it once Fonda arrives on screen (about 16 minutes in).
