Try this flick … “Wag the Dog.” I’ve recommended some political and White House-themed films in the past week or so and now I’m recommending you watch “Wag the Dog.” It’s the story of a Washington spin doctor who needs to create a war to deflect a controversy involving the U.S. president. Well, the spotlight turns to a Hollywood director and … shazam! War! “Wag the Dog” is a great political story and co-stars Dustin Hoffman (the director) and Robert De Niro (the spin doctor). I’m sure you’ve seen “Wag the Dog,” but you should see it again – it’s much better than the real political crap you’re seeing on TV today.
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog.
