Try this flick … the remake called “Ocean’s Eleven.” Here’s one of the few decent “reboots” of an iconic vintage film. “Ocean’s Eleven” (distinguished from the original by spelling out the number) is a really sweet remake of Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack’s original. “Ocean’s Eleven” has the same preposterous and improbable robbing of casinos in Las Vegas, but it is populated by modern stars (now nearly 20 years old while the original is 60 years old) and modern methods. No matter, “Ocean’s Eleven” is a wonderful trip for all involved, especially the audience.
