Try this flick … “Man of the House.” No, this isn’t the Tommy Lee Jones film … it is a Disney effort that stars Chevy Chase, Farrah Fawcett and then-TV star Jonathan Taylor Thomas. “Man of the House” is the story of a single mother and her son, whose lives become disrupted as the youngster sets out to sabotage his mother’s romance with the new man. Chase and Fawcett spend less time together than he does with Thomas in “Man of the House,” so you know where this one will be going. “Man of the House” has tons of stereotypes and a couple of simply stupid scenes, but don’t let that scare you off – the film is worth your time.
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog.
