It’s H20ween coming! … we’re closing in on Halloween 2020 and here is a double-feature that you’ve already seen: “An American Werewolf in London” and “Shaun of the Dead.” “American Werewolf” is the only werewolf flick in my movie recommendations leading up to Halloween and it’s about an American student who becomes a werewolf in the UK. “American Werewolf” is one of the best-ever horror flicks and was dreamed up by director John Landis while he was working as an assistant on the World War II flick “Kelly’s Heroes” with Clint Eastwood. Of course, “Shaun of the Dead” is simply one of the best-ever zombie movies ever made (No. 3 on my Top 10 list) and it is creative, wonderful and just about the best-ever in the genre. You simply can’t miss with “Shaun of the Dead” if you like zombie movies.
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog.
